About the Position
Lemare Group Ltd. is seeking a motivated and experienced *Automotive Service Technician* to join our maintenance team in *Port McNeill, BC*.
This position is responsible for maintaining and repairing our fleet of *Ford pickup trucks and light-duty vehicles* that support our forestry and construction operations.
We are looking for an experienced technician who is confident working independently, has strong diagnostic abilities, and takes pride in keeping equipment safe, reliable, and ready for work.

Qualifications
* Level 3 or Level 4 Automotive Service Technician ? *Apprentice or Journeyperson* * Experience with *Ford diagnostics* * Valid Class 5 Driver?s Licence * Clean Driver?s Abstract * Strong commitment to workplace safety * Ability to work independently * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills * Good communication skills * Ability to follow company procedures and safe work practices
Responsibilities
* Diagnose, service, and repair Ford pickup trucks and light-duty fleet vehicles * Perform preventative maintenance and scheduled servicing * Troubleshoot electrical, fuel, drivetrain, suspension, and brake systems * Utilize diagnostic software and equipment * Complete vehicle inspections and maintain accurate service records * Ensure vehicles meet company safety and reliability standards * Coordinate repairs and communicate maintenance requirements with supervisors * Maintain a clean and organized work area * Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and safe work practices
