Done Correctly Inc. is Hiring Landscape Labourer Done Correctly Inc. is looking for a Landscape Labourer to join our team for the upcoming season. We handle a wide range of residential and commercial projects including sod, rock, grading, planting, and general site work. We are looking for someone who is reliable, works hard, and takes pride in being part of a productive crew. Responsibilities:Assisting with sod installation, rock placement, and plantingSite prep, grading, and material movingShoveling, raking, and general labour tasksAssisting skid steer operators and crew leadsLoading/unloading tools and materialsJob site cleanup and maintaining safe work areas Requirements:Minimum 12 years labour or landscaping experience (required)Strong work ethic and willingness to learnAbility to work in outdoor conditions (heat, dust, long days)Physically capable of lifting and moving materialsValid drivers license and reliable transportation (required)Must be willing to travel for work when requiredShows up on time and works well with a team Assets (Not Required):Previous landscaping experienceExperience with tools and equipmentSkid steer or equipment exposure What We OfferCompetitive wages based on experienceOpportunity to grow into skilled roles (equipment, crew lead, etc.)Steady work with a growing companyWork with a solid crew and professional equipment If youre reliable, willing to travel, and want to build real skills in landscaping, we want to hear from you.
