*Duties*
* Wash dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment efficiently to keep the kitchen running smoothly * Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure proper sanitation practices are followed * Assist with food handling and preparation tasks as needed under supervision. * Support the kitchen team during busy service hours by ensuring all items are clean and available * Help with basic food prep tasks such as organizing supplies or restocking dishware. * Follow health and safety regulations to keep the work environment safe and hygienic
*Requirements*
* Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not mandatory * Willingness to learn about kitchen operations, and food preparation * Able to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items when necessary * You are able to work days, nights, weekends & holidays * You have strong organization & time management skills
*Schedule*
* Weekdays/Weekends * Holidays * Daytime and evening hours * Weekend availability is required * Late night availability is required
*Ability to commute*
* 1398 King St N, St. Jacobs, ON N0B 0C1 * Public transportation to St. jacobs is not always available at night
