*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive patient care across various age groups, including pediatrics and senior care. This role requires a strong commitment to patient health and well-being, along with the ability to work collaboratively within a medical office setting. Familiarity with electronic health record systems, particularly Accuro, is highly desirable.
*Duties*
* Conduct thorough patient assessments and evaluations to determine health needs. * Order and interpret laboratory tests as necessary to diagnose and treat illnesses. * Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. * Educate patients and their families about health management and disease prevention. * Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
*Requirements*
* Valid RN(ec) license, with a focus on primary care. * Experience in pediatrics or senior care is preferred. * Strong background in patient care within a medical office or nursing home environment. * Proficiency in using electronic health record systems, especially Epic. * Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations. * Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on case management capabilities. * Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with healthcare practices.

Pay: $52.00-$68.00 per hour
