Are you a high-energy bartender who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Riverside is looking for an experienced and reliable *Bartender* to join our team.
Position: Closing Weekend Bartender
*Availability Required:* Friday and Saturday evenings, late-night closing shifts, with additional weekend availability preferred.
What We're Looking For:
* Minimum *2 years of bartending experience* * Valid *Serving It Safe Certificate* (required) * Positive attitude and strong work ethic * Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment * Strong teamwork and communication skills * Excellent customer service and guest engagement abilities * Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail * Dependable, punctual, and comfortable handling closing responsibilities
Responsibilities:
* Prepare and serve beverages efficiently and accurately * Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar throughout the shift * Work collaboratively with bartenders, servers, kitchen staff, and management * Monitor inventory and communicate low-stock items * Handle cash, debit, and credit transactions accurately * Follow all liquor laws, safety regulations, and responsible service practices * Complete all end-of-night cleaning, stocking, and closing procedures
