Red Seal HVAC/R Technician

Ready Refrigeration is seeking an experienced Red Seal Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic to join our team. We may also consider a strong 4th-year apprentice who demonstrates the required technical ability, dependability, and commitment to completing their certification.

Responsibilities
* Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial and residential HVAC/R equipment and systems * Install HVAC/R equipment and related systems * Respond to service and emergency calls as required * Restore equipment and systems to proper operation * Recommend repairs or equipment replacement when appropriate * Complete accurate service documentation and job records * Communicate professionally with customers, coworkers, and management * Use company tools, equipment, and vehicles responsibly * Follow company safety procedures and applicable regulations
Qualifications
* Red Seal certification as a Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic preferred * A skilled registered 4th-year apprentice may be considered * Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities * Valid driver?s licence with a clean driving record * Excellent communication and documentation skills * Ability to work independently and contribute positively to a team * Dependable, safety-conscious, and customer-service focused
