Graphic Designer ? Editorial, Poster & Marketing Layout Role Type: Contractor Location: Remote Role Summary We are seeking experienced Graphic Designers specializing in editorial, poster, and marketing layouts to support a design analysis and annotation project. You'll use your expertise in typography, composition, visual hierarchy, and design systems to analyze and structure real-world creative assets for AI training. Scope of Work • Annotate editorial, poster, marketing, and short video assets using precise design terminology. • Analyze layouts, typography, hierarchy, grids, geometry, and visual composition. • Create high-quality exemplar annotations and identify ambiguous or complex design cases. • Help improve annotation guidelines and maintain quality standards. • Use Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and similar tools to review and process design files. • Apply knowledge of visual composition, framing, movement, and design principles to relevant video assets. Required Skills • Typography • Layout & Grid Systems • Brand & Template Systems • Adobe/Figma Production Flow • Design Evaluation • Strong written English and visual communication skills Preferred Qualifications • 3?5+ years of experience in graphic, editorial, visual/brand, print, or marketing design. • Strong portfolio demonstrating typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy. • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or equivalent tools. • Ability to clearly explain and document design concepts. • Background in editorial, poster, marketing, motion, or video design is a plus. • Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or equivalent professional experience.
