We are looking for a *reliable, friendly, and caring Part-Time Housekeeper/Cleaner* to join our team at Lilac Terrace.
This position is approximately *2?3 days per week*, with flexibility in both the days and hours worked. *School-hour shifts can be accommodated*, making this a great opportunity for someone looking for part-time daytime work that fits around family or other commitments.
Job Duties
The position includes a combination of resident housekeeping and light building cleaning, including:
* Light housekeeping in residents' rooms/suites * Cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, floors, and other living areas * Resident laundry and changing bedding as required * Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping * Light janitorial cleaning of common areas throughout the building * Cleaning and sanitizing high-touch areas * Restocking housekeeping and cleaning supplies * Keeping cleaning equipment and storage areas organized * Reporting maintenance concerns or safety issues to management * Providing friendly and respectful service to our senior residents
What We're Looking For
We are looking for someone who is:
* *Reliable and dependable* * Friendly, patient, and comfortable working around seniors * Able to work independently and manage their time effectively * Detail-oriented and takes pride in their work * Respectful of residents' privacy, homes, and personal belongings * Physically able to perform regular cleaning duties * Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is an asset, but we are willing to consider the right person with a strong work ethic
