About this role
*Overview*
I?m looking to add an experienced painter to my crew for upcoming residential projects throughout Windsor and Essex County.
I?m specifically looking for someone who already knows how to paint. I can teach you how we run our jobs and the standards/process we follow, but you should already be comfortable working independently with a brush and roller.
Most of our work is completed using traditional brush-and-roll methods rather than spraying.
What I?m looking for
? Previous painting experience
? Comfortable cutting clean lines and rolling walls
? Interior and exterior experience
? Comfortable working from ladders
? Good attention to detail
? Reliable and able to show up when scheduled
? Reliable transportation to job sites
? Able to work well independently and with a small crew
The biggest thing for me is quality. I?m looking for somebody who takes pride in their work, notices the little things, and can leave a job looking clean without needing someone constantly watching over them.
We have work available now and additional projects coming up.
Pay will depend on experience.
