* Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies * Maintain high standards of hygiene by disinfecting surfaces and ensuring all areas are sanitized regularly * Handle waste disposal efficiently, ensuring bins are emptied and areas remain clutter-free * Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure consistency and quality * Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management * Use commercial cleaning equipment safely and effectively, adhering to all safety protocols * Assist with inventory management by monitoring supplies and requesting replenishments as needed
*Experience*
* Prior custodial or cleaning experience preferred, especially in commercial or large-scale settings * Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, including use of cleaning chemicals and equipment * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail * Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during shifts * Excellent communication skills to follow instructions clearly and report issues accurately
