*Responsibilities and Duties*
* Responsible for the sale of new and used powersports vehicles and parts to include but not limited to: ATVs, UTVs, dirt bikes, trailers, snowmachines, tractors * Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles * Sells consultatively and makes recommendations to prospects based on their needs and wants. * Demonstrates the ability to gather product information, pricing, make a presentation to the customer, submit detailed information for financing making it easy for the customer to buy. * Develops a database of qualified leads through referrals, company sponsored events, direct mail, email, and networking. * Assists in the implementation of company marketing plans as needed. * Responsible for sourcing and developing client relationships and referrals. * Other duties as required by management
*Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications*
* Be able to interact with customers and find a unit that meets or exceeds their expectations either on the phone, on the internet or in person. * Have an interest in two or more of the powersport markets that we sell and have a passion for at least one of them. * Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics. * Willingness to work in a team environment. * Ability to achieve sales commitments that you forecast. * Must have a clean driving record.
