About this role

*Job Overview:* We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support the Peninsula Estates Housing Society (PEHS) operations with day-to-day administration.

*Qualifications:*

* Diploma in Business Administration, Office Administration, Public Administration, Housing Management, Property Management, or a related field. * An equivalent combination of relevant education, training, and directly related experience may be considered. * Three (3) to five (5) years of progressively responsible administrative coordination experience. * Experience in a non-profit, affordable housing, property management, community social services, or public sector environment is preferred. * Experience supporting operational administration, tenant service, compliance, records management, reporting, and stakeholder coordination functions. * Experience coordinating or overseeing front desk/reception functions, including customer service, inquiry management, visitor support, and administrative workflow coordination. * Experience working with confidential information and maintaining accurate records and databases. * Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and software * Well organised with excellent time management skills * Preferred knowledge of the community living sector and experience in social housing; * Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills; * Well-developed planning, organizing, coordinating and administrative skills; * Daily access to and use of a personal vehicle suitable for transporting the person and program participants within the Lower Mainland of BC; * A clean and current Criminal Record Check and up to date First Aid and CPR Certification; and * A strong desire to function as part of the staff team.

Pay: $54,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
