*Position Overview:* We are seeking driven and ambitious Real Estate Agents to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate and sales, with the ability to convert leads into appointments, nurture client relationships, and close deals. If you have a proven track record in real estate sales and excel in phone prospecting, lead follow-up, and client management, this role is for you!
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling, text, email, and social media. * Schedule and conduct follow-up calls with potential clients to nurture relationships and set appointments. * Convert leads into appointments for the real estate sales team. * Conduct property showings and open houses. * Representing clients in the buying and selling of residential properties throughout the Greater Toronto Area. * Ability to negotiate effectively. * Conducting market research and staying up-to-date on trends and developments in the Canadian real estate market. * Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored real estate solutions. * Maintain an organized database of leads, appointments, and client communications. * Ability to work independently and in a team, and a positive attitude.
*Qualifications:*
* Active real estate license (required). * Proven experience in real estate sales, with a strong emphasis on ISA skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong phone presence and the ability to build rapport quickly with clients. * Highly organized with attention to detail. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Must be proficient with technology and be able to effectively work with Google Suite, spreadsheets and CRM?s software.
