*Responsibilities*
* Greet guests warmly and assist them with menu selections, offering recommendations when needed. * Take accurate food and beverage orders. * Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness. * Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while balancing registers at the end of shifts. * Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and food safety standards to answer guest questions confidently. * Support food preparation and sanitation efforts to ensure a safe dining environment for everyone. * More details will be provided during interview.
*Requirements*
* Prior food service or restaurant experience is highly preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm to learn is key! * Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor. * Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately. * Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures (Food Safe and/or Server It Right is preferred but not mandatory). * Experience with using a cash register and debit machine is a plus. * Ability to manage time effectively in a busy setting while multitasking between serving tables, taking orders, and cashiering. * A team-oriented attitude with excellent communication skills to collaborate smoothly with colleagues.
