You will be responsible for providing a range of hair styling services while ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for our clients.
*Responsibilities*
* Perform hair cutting, coloring, and styling services according to client preferences and current trends. * Provide consultations to clients regarding their hair care needs and recommend suitable products and services. * Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and equipment in compliance with health and safety regulations. * Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and managing client records. * Engage with clients to provide excellent customer service, ensuring they feel valued and satisfied with their experience. * Upsell hair care products and additional services to enhance the client experience and meet sales goals. * Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and products through ongoing education and training.
*Skills*
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. * Experience in front desk operations within a salon or retail environment is a plus. * Proficient in various hair styling techniques, including cutting, coloring, and treatments. * Ability to upsell products and services confidently while maintaining a positive client relationship. * Knowledge of sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for both clients and staff. * A passion for the beauty industry with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
