*The Opportunity* We are currently seeking a warm, skilled, and client-centered *Part-Time Psychotherapist* to join our dynamic team. You?ll collaborate with other professionals to provide integrated, wraparound care in a supportive and growth-oriented environment.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Deliver individual, couples, family, and trauma-informed therapy tailored to client needs * Employ evidence-based approaches, such as CBT, DBT, psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness-based strategies, and trauma-informed modalities * Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans * Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity and comprehensiveness of care * Stay informed of current clinical research and best practices in psychotherapy * Participate in professional development, supervision, and team meetings to continuously refine clinical expertise
*Qualifications*
* Master?s degree in Psychology, Counselling, Social Work, or a related field * Registered and in good standing with the *College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) is required* * Strong clinical foundation in a range of evidence-based modalities * Demonstrated experience supporting clients with diverse mental health concerns, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and relational issues * Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team * Deep empathy, cultural sensitivity, and a passion for helping others thrive

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $65.00-$120.00 per hour
