Responsibilities:
* Engage customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner, assisting them in selecting the ideal furniture pieces that suit their preferences and needs. * Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our product offerings, ensuring accurate and informative product presentations to clients. * Collaborate with colleagues to create an inviting and visually appealing store environment. * Process transactions efficiently and accurately, point-of-sale systems and handling customer inquiries. * Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing follow-up assistance and ensuring their satisfaction. * Contribute to achieving sales targets through proactive selling techniques and a customer-centric approach.
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in furniture sales is preferred, but not mandatory. Willingness to learn and adapt is essential. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to engage with customers and build rapport effectively. * Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays. * Reliable and punctual work ethic, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment. * Team player who can collaborate harmoniously with colleagues to achieve shared goals. * Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets. * Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications as well as hand written communication skills. * *Positive attitude and eagerness to enhance customer experiences.* * *Fluency in the English language.
