*Job Overview* We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and carpentry residential renovations, and new construction.

*Responsibilities*
* Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard. * Interior wood finishing * Exterior envelope installation * Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine project specifications. * Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials using hand tools. * Ensure all work is completed to high standards of quality and safety. * Perform restoration tasks on existing structures as needed. * Collaborate with other tradespeople to complete projects efficiently. * Conduct construction estimating to provide accurate project timelines and material needs. * Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
*Skills*
* Proficiency in using hand tools such as saws, drills, hammers, and chisels. * Strong understanding of roofing techniques and materials. * Ability to plumb structures accurately for proper alignment. * Experience with tile laying for flooring or wall applications. * Knowledge of construction estimating practices for effective project planning. * Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. * Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
