We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Cashier/Customer Service representative to join our retail team. *Responsibilities*
* Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases in a professional manner * Operate POS systems efficiently for cash handling, credit card processing, and returns * Provide product demos and upsell items to enhance customer satisfaction and sales * Maintain merchandising displays and ensure the sales floor is organized and inviting * Answer customer inquiries via phone or in person with excellent phone etiquette * Manage inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment as needed * Handle customer complaints or concerns promptly to ensure resolution and satisfaction * Support sales goals through effective communication and suggestive selling techniques * Keep accurate records of transactions and maintain cash register accuracy throughout shifts
*Qualifications*
* Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service preferred * Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are highly desirable * Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic math skills * Ability to perform product demos and engage customers through upselling techniques * Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and time management capabilities * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism * Demonstrated ability to work well within a team and independently when needed * Knowledge of merchandising principles and retail sales strategies is a plus

Pay: From $18.25 per hour
