The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking food, ensuring quality control, and maintaining kitchen safety while working efficiently with paper ticket order management in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Regular weekend shifts are expected. Responsibilities
• Prepare ingredients and cook meals according to menu specifications • Plate dishes attractively and ensure consistent quality • Maintain quality control standards throughout food preparation and cooking • Adhere to kitchen safety and sanitation guidelines • Collaborate effectively with a team of 4-6 cooks • Manage orders using paper ticket system efficiently • Work primarily breakfast and lunch shifts, including regular weekends Preferred Qualifications
• 1+ years of experience in food preparation • Knowledge of food safety practices • Strong time management skills • Commitment to quality control • Excellent teamwork and communication abilities • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting • Physical stamina to work long shifts
