Funzilla and Imaginasium Indoor Playgrounds are exciting Playground and family entertainment centres located in Stoney Creek, Ancaster and Niagara Falls, Ontario and we are hiring customer service team members for our Funzilla Hamilton location, and Funzilla Stoney Creek location.
We are looking for individuals who are available between weekdays/weekends 9:00 am to 8:00 pm as well as individuals available weekdays between 2:00pm and 8:00 pm. We offer paid training, a great working environment, and flexible hours.
Customer Service Associate would be responsible for working in one of the many areas within the business (i.e., checking in guests, answering emails, hosting birthday parties, and cleaning). We are looking for immediate starts. If you are self-motivated, have a positive attitude, work well in a team environment, love working with children and are eager to learn, we would like to hear from you. - Work normal business hours but may be required to do some work in the evenings or outside normal working hours.
