Our company is looking for General Laborers to join our team. This is a year round position with snow removal during the winters
Job Description:
* Site maintenance, grass cutting, garbage removal * Minor concrete and asphalt repair * Commercial Property maintenance and repairs as needed * Residential Property repairs and upgrades * Perform a variety of tasks involving strenuous manual labor * Use of power tools for minor carpentry work and repairs
Requirements for all applicants:
* Operate in a fast-paced environment * Working under pressure * Attention to detail * Reliable transportation * Safety oriented
Hours
* 44-60 hours a week * Saturdays and Sundays as needed
Flexible schedule opportunities:
We are currently in need of full time laborers and operators. However, based on availability and skill set, we would consider part- time team members.
Bonus pay:
All employees are eligible for a safety and performance bonus for the season.
Experience based pay. Employees are compensated based on their skill set and experience. Those with DZ licenses, additional certifications and knowledge will be eligible for higher rates of pay.
