*Overview*
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Superintendent to lead our construction projects from start to finish. In this vital role, you will oversee on-site operations, coordinate teams, ensure safety compliance, and deliver projects on time and within budget. Your leadership will drive project success and uphold the high standards of quality that define our company.
*Duties*
* Manage daily construction activities, supervising subcontractors and onsite personnel to ensure efficient workflow. * Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar construction management software, adjusting plans as needed to meet deadlines. * Oversee quality control processes, ensuring all work adheres to project specifications, blueprints, schematics, and safety standards. * Coordinate procurement of materials and equipment, tracking deliveries and managing inventory to prevent delays. * Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, enforce safety protocols, and address any issues promptly. * Review construction drawings and blueprints thoroughly to interpret schematics accurately for onsite execution. * Collaborate with project managers on budgeting, cost control, and change order management to keep projects financially on track.
*Skills*
* Proven supervising experience in commercial or industrial construction environments. * Extensive construction experience with a strong understanding of blueprint reading, schematics, and estimating. * Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, or equivalent tools. * Expertise in quality control procedures and safety compliance standards. * Ability to manage budgets effectively while maintaining high-quality standards. * Strong communication skills for coordinating with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and team members. * Knowledge of construction estimating processes and scheduling techniques.

Pay: $90,000.00-$125,000.00 per year
