You'll work closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to develop sourcing strategies that support business objectives.We're looking for a strategic procurement professional who enjoys building relationships, solving complex business challenges and creating value through effective sourcing strategies. What you'll doLead category management strategies for assigned goods and servicesDevelop and execute sourcing and go-to-market plansIdentify and manage supplier and third-party risksPartner with stakeholders to align procurement activities with business prioritiesLead supplier selection, negotiations and contract management activitiesDrive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and valueSupport procurement policies, procedures and best practicesBuild strong relationships with vendors and industry partners What you'll bring to the teamRequired qualificationsA bachelor's degree in business administration, commerce, economics, supply chain management or a related fieldMinimum eight years of experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain management or a related field (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)Strong knowledge of category management, strategic sourcing and contract managementExperience developing and executing procurement strategiesProven ability to manage supplier relationships and third-party riskStrong communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills.Industry-recognized procurement or supply chain management certification Preferred qualificationsMBA or other advanced degreeProfessional designation such as SCMP, CPSM or equivalentExperience leading complex category management initiatives – ideally in the Facilities areaKnowledge of procurement best practices in large organizationsBilingualism (English and French) is a strong asset.
