CommunityRx Pharmacy Group is seeking an experienced and motivated *Licensee / Pharmacy Manager* to lead our new Seton CommunityRx Pharmacy & Travel Clinic.
This outstanding new pharmacy is located in the *Seton Professional Centre, next to the South Health Campus*, in one of Calgary?s fastest-growing communities. This is an excellent opportunity for a pharmacist who is passionate about patient care, clinical services, leadership, and building a successful community pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the pharmacy licensee and ensure compliance with all Alberta College of Pharmacy requirements. * Provide leadership and oversee the pharmacy?s daily operations. * Recruit, train, schedule, and support pharmacy team members. * Accurately review, prepare, and dispense prescriptions. * Provide professional and compassionate patient counselling regarding medications, side effects, interactions, and proper use. * Assess patients and deliver clinical services, including prescribing, prescription renewals, injections, medication reviews, and Comprehensive Annual Care Plans. * Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated patient care. * Establish strong professional relationships within the South Health Campus and Seton healthcare community. * Maintain appropriate inventory levels and ensure medications are stored and managed correctly. * Develop and maintain pharmacy policies, procedures, records, and quality-assurance standards. * Support the growth of the pharmacy through excellent patient service and community engagement. * Remain current with pharmacy legislation, clinical guidelines, and professional standards.
Qualifications
* Licensed and in good standing with the *Alberta College of Pharmacy*. * Eligible to serve as a pharmacy licensee in Alberta. * Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy, PharmD, or an equivalent recognized qualification. * Strong clinical knowledge and experience with prescribing, prescription renewals, Comprehensive Annual Care Plans, and other pharmacist-led clinical services. * *Additional Prescribing Authorization (APA)* is preferred; candidates actively pursuing APA may also be considered. * *Injection certification is required.* * Previous pharmacy management or leadership experience is strongly preferred. * Knowledge of Kroll pharmacy software is an asset. * Additional credentials such as CDE, CRE, or travel-health certification are considered assets. * Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills. * A strong commitment to ethical practice, patient safety, and exceptional patient care.
