*Duties*
* Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, professional assistance throughout their shopping experience * Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently to process sales, returns, and exchanges with accuracy * Handle cash, credit card, and digital payments securely while maintaining proper cash handling procedures * Conduct product demos and upsell items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities * Assist with merchandising tasks to ensure products are well-organized, labeled, and attractively displayed * Provide knowledgeable support on product features, especially for technology or electronics items * Maintain excellent communication skills to address customer inquiries via phone or in person with clarity and professionalism
*Requirements*
* Multilingual abilities or bilingual skills are highly preferred to serve diverse customer needs effectively * Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service is advantageous * Strong communication skills with the ability to explain product features clearly and confidently * Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately * Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and merchandising standards * Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods * Ability to demonstrate patience, courtesy, and professionalism in all interactions * Experience in technology sales or product demos is a plus but not required; training will be provided for technical products

Pay: $18.25-$20.25 per hour
