We are seeking a driven, passionate and energetic Eyelash Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide expert eyelash extension services while delivering outstanding customer experiences. Your enthusiasm for beauty and attention to detail will help clients look and feel their best, while also supporting retail sales and promoting our spa?s premium offerings.
*Responsibilities*
* Perform eyelash extension applications with precision, ensuring safety and client satisfaction * Educate clients on aftercare procedures and product recommendations to enhance their experience * Engage customers through friendly communication, upselling retail products and additional services * Maintain a clean, organized workspace adhering to health and safety standards * Build strong relationships with clients by providing personalized consultations and exceptional service
*Experience*
* Proven experience in applying eyelash extensions with attention to detail * Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport * Experience in retail sales or upselling techniques is a plus * Excellent communication skills to clearly explain procedures and aftercare instructions * Passion for beauty, wellness, and helping clients feel confident and beautiful
Pay: $50.00-$200.00 per hour
