As the Associate Director, Enterprise Governance & Business Management, you?ll play a pivotal leadership role in driving enterprise-wide governance, business management, policy development, and strategic decision-making. In this role, you will: Lead an effective team that supports enterprise governance and policy frameworks, ensuring consistency, compliance, and alignment across the organization Oversee business initiatives and intake processes, supporting executive decision-making through governance, analysis, and prioritization Champion organizational change and business transformation, leading process improvements, stakeholder engagement, and adoption strategies Provide strategic advice and enterprise-level analysis, including business cases, risk assessments, executive briefings, and recommendations for senior leadership Build collaborative relationships across divisions, advancing enterprise objectives through strong partnerships and cross-functional leadership We're looking for a strategic leader with experience in enterprise governance, business management, policy development, organizational planning, and change management.
