With several hundred stores across Canada, our client is a key leader in the retail industry. Due to regular store openings, we are seeking candidates with strong leadership skills and exceptional drive.

Responsibilities and duties:
• Oversee the operations of a high-volume store • Recruit and train staff, and schedule work shifts • Enforce company policies and procedures • Keep shelves well-stocked to maximize sales • Provide exemplary customer service • Manage inventory, sales, shrinkage, and merchandising
Job Requirements:
• At least five years of experience in retail, including two years in management • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment • Ability to manage priorities with excellent organizational skills, leadership, and customer service • Willingness to work days, evenings, and weekendsHuman resources management skills • Fluency in French • Valid work permit required Salary:
• Assistant Manager: $44,000?$48,000 per year • Manager: $50,000?$56,000 per year
