*Duties*
* Welcome and greet customers with a friendly demeanor. * Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations. * Utilize effective phone etiquette to handle customer inquiries and follow-ups. * Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system (running the till) efficiently for processing transactions and managing cash handling. * Maintain an organized sales floor, ensuring that products are well-displayed and stocked. * Freight handling and stocking (requires lifting up to 50lbs) * Maintain a clean and tidy store environment, including the checkout area.
*Skills*
* Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. * Fluency in English * Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with customers. * Must be at least 18 years old. * Must be legally eligible to work in Alberta.
