Fawcett Tractor Supply Ltd. is looking for a Disassembly Tech to join our yard team in St. Marys. In this role, you'll dismantle off-road agricultural and construction equipment, pull parts safely and efficiently, and help keep our inventory stocked and organized. Every unit that comes through the yard is a new challenge ? no two days look exactly the same.

*The Details*
· Pay: $21/hour CAD
· Schedule: Monday?Friday, 8:00 AM?5:00 PM (42.5-hour work week)
· Location: Fawcett Tractor Supply Ltd. ? St. Marys
· Vacation: 2 weeks
· Benefits: Eligible after 90 days
· RRSP Matching: Eligible after 90 days
*What You'll Be Doing*
· Dismantling off-road construction and agricultural equipment, tractors, attachments, and light industrial units
· Reading and interpreting parts diagrams to remove parts safely and efficiently
· Identifying quality issues on parts and communicating them to the team
· Removing fast-moving parts and storing them in the correct location
· Recognizing which parts sell individually vs. as part of a kit
· Assisting customers with locating parts in the yard
· Transferring parts to storage using a forklift or other yard equipment
· Operating the yard truck safely and respectfully
· Maintaining a clean, organized work area and company tools
· Attending daily huddles and pitching in on basic facility maintenance
*What You Bring*
· High school diploma or equivalent work experience
· Ability to read and write English proficiently
· Experience with hand tools
· Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and up to 100 lbs. occasionally
· Comfortable working outdoors in extreme hot and cold conditions
· Agricultural or construction equipment experience a plus
· Forklift certification helpful, but not required
