*ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT*
*Kirin Restaurant Group* is seeking an organized, energetic, and detail-oriented *full-time Administrative Assistant* to join our team at our *Richmond Head Office* and provide support with our day-to-day restaurant operations and administrative activities.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys variety, communicates well, takes initiative, and can confidently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
*Key Responsibilities*
*Travel Agencies & Tour Groups*
· Coordinate restaurant reservations and menu arrangements for local and international travel agencies and tour companies.
· Liaise between restaurants, travel agencies, and tour companies to ensure bookings and meals are organized accurately and smoothly.
· Handle special requests and communicate booking details with restaurant teams.
*POS & Menu Management*
* Maintain and update the company?s Point-of-Sale (POS) systems, including pricing and restaurant menu layouts. * Coordinate menu changes with chefs and dining room managers. * Update restaurant and delivery service menus across online platforms. * Maintain menu information on Google Drive and the company website.
*Online Store & Warehouse Operations*
* Manage day-to-day operations of the company?s Shopify online store. * Process, pick, and package frozen food products and customer orders. * Work in the warehouse and walk-in freezer when required. * Coordinate incoming and outgoing inventory, products, and supplies to and from the warehouse. * Coordinate delivery schedules with drivers and communicate delivery timelines to customers.
· Prepare customer invoices and assist with A/R and incoming payments.
*General Administration*
· Handle telephone, email, and in-person inquiries professionally and promptly.
· Receive and coordinate mail and courier services.
· Perform filing, scanning, data entry, and general office administration.
· Support other administrative and operational projects as assigned.
*Qualifications*
· Fluent in *spoken English and Cantonese*.
· Fluent in *written English and Chinese*.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially *Excel and Word*.
· Strong computer skills and comfortable learning new software and systems.
· Highly organized, detail-oriented, flexible, and self-motivated.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Able to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple responsibilities.
· Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
· Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
· Restaurant or hospitality industry experience is an asset.
*Schedule & Compensation*
· Monday to Friday, 9:00am ? 5:00pm
· Overtime and weekend/statutory holiday work may be required when needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $3,500.00 per month
