*Job Overview*
We are seeking an experienced and proactive cleaner to become an integral part of our team. As a Cleaner you are responsible for ensuring the impeccable upkeep of our facilities. With Cressey?s dedication to quality top of mind, this role plays a vital part in creating a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for our tenants, and visitors.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Perform thorough cleaning of bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, living areas, decks, and patios in unoccupied apartments. * Utilize vacuuming and/or washing techniques to clean all floor surfaces effectively. * Wash walls, windows, doors, cabinets, and cupboards to maintain a pristine environment. * Ensure cleanliness of appliances, sinks, showers/tubs, and toilets. * Execute dusting and polishing tasks to enhance the appearance of surfaces. * Maintain cleanliness in all common areas of the property. * Uphold safety standards in common areas and adhere to Cascadia's Health and Safety protocols. * Provide cleaning coverage during holidays at other buildings and offer support for other roles as needed at the assigned building. * Fulfill any additional cleaning duties assigned to uphold the cleanliness standards of the property's apartments and common areas. * Perform other related duties, as required.
*Skills and Qualifications*
* Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. * Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. * Proactive problem solver with a positive attitude. * Team player who can collaborate with colleagues and residents.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
