About this role
Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Tasks: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors. Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture. Make beds and change sheets. Distribute clean towels and toiletries. Stock linen closet. Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances. Disinfect operating rooms and other areas. Handle and report lost and found items. Pick up debris and empty trash containers. Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties. Clean changing rooms and showers. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Ability to work independently. Tight deadlines. Physically demanding. Attention to detail. Bending, crouching, kneeling. Standing for extended periods.
