Education: Bachelor's degree. Work setting: Medical clinic. Tasks: Coordinate the delivery of health care services within the department. Direct and control daily operations . Evaluate daily operations . Plan and control budget and expenditures. Establish and implement policies and procedures for delivery of health care services. Hire, train, direct and motivate staff. Oversee the analysis of data and information. Co-ordinate work of doctors, nurses and other staff. Supervision: 11-15 people. Experience: 5 years or more.
