Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Operate and drive automobiles, vans and light trucks to pick up and deliver various items and products. Professionalism in customer service. Receive and relay information to central dispatch. Load and unload goods. Sort packages for delivery. Follow directions and read map. Use maps and other trip planning aids. Record trip information such as vehicle mileage, fuel costs and any problems. Provide customer service. Perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle. Investigative expertise: Background checks (pre-marital, pre-employments etc.). Security and safety: Driver's validity licence check. Transportation/travel information: Driver's abstract. Screening questions: Do you have experience working in this field?. Do you have the required certifications listed in the job posting?. Do you meet the language requirements listed in the job posting for the position (English or French)?.
