Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Tasks: Prepare estimates of labour and/or material costs. Read blueprints, drawings and sketches to determine work requirements. Prepare layouts in conformance to building codes, using measuring tools. Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials. Schedule and co-ordinate work on sites. Estimate costs and materials. Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year. Employment terms options: Morning. Day.
