Education: Bachelor's degree. Hotel/motel administration/management. or equivalent experience. Work setting: Hotel, motel, resort. Budgetary responsibility: $500,001 - $1,500,000. Tasks: Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations. Recruit and hire staff. Supervise staff. Conduct performance reviews. Negotiate with suppliers for the provision of materials and supplies. Conduct training sessions. Negotiate with clients for the use of facilities. Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses. Address customers' complaints or concerns. Establish work schedules. Supervision: 11-15 people. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail.
