Education: Bachelor's degree. Purchasing, procurement/acquisitions and contracts management. Logistics, materials, and supply chain management. or equivalent experience. Asset languages: Arabic. Work setting: Retail/wholesale establishment/distribution centre. Warehouse. Tasks: Assign projects and programs to the purchasing and warehouse departments across the organization. Coordinate activities of personnel engaged in buying, selling and distributing materials, equipment, machinery and supplies. Plan and control budget and expenditures. Review purchase order claims and contracts to determine compliance with company policy. Plan, develop and implement purchasing policies and procedures. Oversee the evaluation of the cost and quality of goods or services. Authorize the development of specifications for products or services. Manage contracts. Review and process claims against suppliers. Advise senior management. Organize and maintain inventory. Administer contracts for the provision of supplies and services.
