Education: Master's degree. Primary health care nurse/nursing and family practice nurse/nursing. Asset languages: Low German; Low Saxon; German, Low; Saxon, Low. Work setting: Public or community health centre. Tasks: Collaborate with members of an interdisciplinary health team. Coordinate patient care. Evaluate patient care and progress. Implement an interdisciplinary plan of care. Interpret medical test results . Order medical diagnostic or clinical tests. Perform diagnostic tests. Plan patient care. Ensure infection control. Advise patients on health care. Order laboratory tests, X-rays and other diagnostic procedures. Conduct patient interviews, physical assessments and take medical histories. Inoculate and vaccinate patients to prevent and treat diseases. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : CPR Certificate.
