Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Tasks: Adjust equipment and repair or replace defective parts. Test repaired equipment for proper performance and to ensure that work meets manufacturers' specifications. Perform repair work on heavy trucks. Follow emergency and safety procedures. Organize and maintain procedures for the keeping of records. Diagnose and locate equipment faults, and adjust, replace or repair telecommunications equipment.
