About this role
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Operate machinery to process and bag, box or otherwise package food products. Perform corrective machine adjustments. Record production information. Clean machines and immediate work areas. Make adjustments to process variables. Maintain shift log of production and other data. Set up and adjust processing and packaging machines. Check products for defects and to ensure conformance to company standards. Experience: 1 to less than 7 months. Employment terms options: Morning. Day. Support for newcomers and refugees: Recruits newcomers and/or refugees who were displaced by a conflict or a natural disaster (for example: Ukraine, Afghanistan, etc.) . Support for youths: Offers on-the-job training tailored to youth. Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth. Support for Veterans: Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for Veterans. Support for Indigenous people: Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for Indigenous workers . Support for mature workers: Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for mature workers .
