Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Tasks: Clear and collect brush and debris from fields and other work areas. Cut horticultural crops. Divide fresh harvested produce into marketable lots and non-marketable lots. Greenhouse cleaning. Transplant seedlings or rooted cuttings. Apply fertilizers. Report signs of insect or disease damage. Water and tend to plants, lawns and/or gardens. Clean work area. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Repetitive tasks. Physically demanding. Standing for extended periods. Bending, crouching, kneeling. Personal suitability: Client focus. Reliability. Team player. Experience: No experience (will train).
