Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Bathe and shampoo animals. Clip animal coat. Style animal coat. Clean animal ears. Clip animal nails. Perform expert clipping on show animals with tools including clippers, shears and massage sponges. Type of pets groomed: All breeds of dogs. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years. Support for youths: Offers on-the-job training tailored to youth. Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for youth.
