About this role
Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Work site environment: Dusty. All weather conditions. Dirty. Tasks: Apply fertilizers. Clean the crops. Clear and collect brush and debris from fields, pens and other work areas. Hand harvesting vegetables. Pack fruits and vegetables. Plant, cultivate and irrigate crops. Sort fruits and vegetables. Weeding. Clean work area. Harvest crops. Load, unload and transfer crates, supplies and farm produce, livestock and poultry. Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment. Examine product for quality and its readiness for the market. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Bending, crouching, kneeling. Combination of sitting, standing, walking.
