Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work site environment: Outdoors. Tasks: Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers. Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed. Maintain quality control and production records. Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations. Maintain work records and logs. Hire and train staff. Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment. Perform general farm duties. Supervision: 5-10 people. Transportation/travel information: Willing to travel. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Work under pressure. Attention to detail. Personal suitability: Organized. Team player. Experience: Experience an asset. Employment terms options: To be determined.
