About this role
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Recruit staff. Set staff work schedules. Train staff. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed. Address customers' complaints or concerns. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years. Support for youths: Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for youth. Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth.
