Cheriton Care Home, located at 8-10 Weymouth Ave, Dorchester DT1 2EN, offers a supportive environment for both residents and staff. The role offers £14.36 per hour, a refer a friend scheme, ongoing career development, and a company pension scheme. This position requires at least 2 years of experience in social care and a QCF Level 2 qualification.
