Main duties of the job As a healthcare assistant for Operose Health at The Randolph Surgery, your responsibilities will include assisting with patient duties, supporting clinical and nurse leads, working with patients with long term conditions like diabetes, providing clinical procedures, and performing administrative tasks. You will be expected to have experience in phlebotomy, be comfortable working within processes, and possess basic PC skills. Main Responsibilities: As a valued member of the Operose Health team, your key duties will include:
Assisting with patient duties as required and support other team members such as clinical and Nurse Lead with patient care. Supporting the Practice with duties related to CQC outcomes and ensuring compliance is maintained. You will be working with patients with long term conditions such as Diabetes etc. So must have experience in Phlebotomy. Provide clinical procedures such as new patient health checks, BMI, blood pressure, pulse and simple wound care. Completing administrative tasks such as new patient registrations, providing appropriate leaflets, stock control and ordering.Ideal Candidate: What we look for in new colleagues:
Experience in a Primary Care setting and phlebotomy. Able to work within processes, procedures and maintain confidently and data security. Must be able to adapt with changing priorities and be personable, polite and patient with our patients. Must have basic PC skills such as Word, Excel and email. Ability to use own judgement and be aware of professional boundaries they are working to. Package Description: How well support you:

Person Specification
Qualifications Essential
Experience in a primary care setting, proficiency in phlebotomy, ability to follow procedures, adaptability, and basic PC skills.
