Job Title: Business Intelligence and Analytics Analyst

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics products that provide visibility into platform usage, operational performance, and program outcomes

• Collaborate with data architects, data engineers, and program stakeholders to identify reporting needs and define data requirements

• Analyze data from enterprise systems to identify trends, usage patterns, and opportunities for operational improvement

• Develop data visualizations that communicate complex information in a clear and accessible format

• Support development of reporting capabilities that allow stakeholders to monitor key program indicators and performance metrics

• Assist with validation of reporting data and ensure accuracy of analytics outputs

• Support data related inquiries from program leadership and stakeholders

• Participate in Agile delivery activities and collaborate with technical teams supporting the data environment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related technical field

• Five or more years of experience supporting data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence activities

• Experience developing dashboards or reports that support operational performance monitoring and program metrics. using modern analytics and visualization tools.

• Experience analyzing data from enterprise systems or digital platforms

• Experience working with SQL queries or similar data retrieval methods

• Experience working within Agile delivery environments and collaborating with technical teams

• Experience applying data visualization best practices to develop user-focused dashboards and reports

• Strong analytical and communication skills with ability to translate data insights into understandable information for stakeholders

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting analytics platforms or reporting tools in cloud environments such as AWS

• Experience supporting federal or complex enterprise programs

• Relevant analytics or data certifications are a plus

Other Requirements

• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment and government background investigation to include FBI fingerprints.

• This position requires access to U.S. Government facilities and systems. U.S. Citizenship, a valid driver's license, transportation, and auto insurance are required.
